Shipping policy

BIPOC BOX will ship UPS or USPS depending on the size and weight of the package. Our shipping fees include shipping, processing, and administrative costs. Prices for shipping vary based on weight, size, and location. We will always do our best to keep shipping costs at a minimum. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped. Please allow 1-2 days for orders to ship during off-season time frames. 

Due to increased order volume and the impact of COVID-19, it may take longer than usual to fulfill your order. We are working closely with our small business partners to get you order order(s) as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience. 

CHECKING ORDER STATUS

You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your order. When your order has shipped, we will send you an additional email that includes a USPS tracking number for your package. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after your package has been shipped by BIPOCBOX.com for the tracking information to appear in the USPS system. If you placed multiple orders, you will receive an email confirmation for each.
